Velvet Underground
"Loaded"

Released: 1970
Okay, lots of people would probably dismiss this album, partly because
Lou Reed didn't do that many vocals on it, Maureen Tucker (their drummer)
only played on some tracks etc. In short; this was in a sense not really
The Velvet Underground. Lou Reed has said that Doug Yule (who's the main
vocalist here) had no idea what the lyrics were about...
And still! This is the Velvet Underground album with the best tunes on it.
I really like the epic stuff like "New Age" and "Sweet Nuthin'". And then there are
of course the classics "Sweet Jane" and "Rock'n'Roll".
